FAIR & GLOBAL did not start behind a desk. It started on the road – traveling through Thailand, Nepal, India and Indonesia.

The Idea Behind FAIR GLOBAL

During our travels, we saw how clothing is really made – in small workshops, far away from industrial mass production.

That is how FAIR GLOBAL was founded in 2008.

The idea was simple: create clothing that feels good to wear and is made under conditions we can stand behind.

What Matters to Us

We work with small producers, often families or local communities. No mass production. No anonymous supply chains.

Our clothing creates real work and real income – especially in rural areas where opportunities are limited.

We do not believe in perfect products. We believe in fair conditions, honest work, and long-term relationships.

We regularly visit our partners personally to check working conditions.

Many follow the principles of the World Fair Trade Organization (WFTO).

Most of our clothing is made from cotton, often organic cotton.

We focus on natural materials and avoid harmful chemicals.

Our clothing is simple, comfortable, and made for real life.
